You can find us by visiting our "Contact" page where a handy map is provided for you.
When you arrive at Logiclock, please ring the Logiclock bell and one of our Game Master will come and pick your team up.
If you arrive early, you can wait in our refreshment area. Sit back, relax and get ready for your Great Escape.
- Is there any age limit for the game?
The minimum age of Logiclock is 9 years if coming with parents or guardians or over 16 unaccompanied. The main reason of this age limit is the complexity of the game.
There is no upper limit on age as there are no physical aspects to the game and nothing scary has to be expected.
- I am claustrophobic, can I play?
We had claustrophobic players in the past enjoying our game. Our escape rooms are based in fair-sized rooms but, of course, personal experiences may vary. The escape rooms can be left at any time during the game.
If you feel more comfortable, we can leave the door unlocked. Even if you let us lock it, there is a key inside which is accessible throughout the game.
- I am pregnant, can I play?
Naturally, you play at your own risk, but there should be no reason or causes for worry. In the escape rooms there is somewhere to sit down and the escape room can be left at anytime during the game.
We can confirm that there are no physical challenges or scary effects involved. Logiclock is purely based on logic, common sense and the power of teamwork.
- Are the lights turned off?
No, it is light in the escape rooms. You will be in an escape room that is theme-decorated and you need to search the escape room for clues.
- Is the game scary?
No, you are completely safe. There is nothing scary to be expected.
Logiclock is all about engaging with your team and enjoying the experience of finding clues, and solving puzzles and riddles in a fun and safe environment. All escape rooms are monitored by staff at all times and you can leave the escape room at any time.
- What is the accessibility like?
Due to the nature of the experience and the building there are some accessibility limitations. Unfortunately we are not wheelchair friendly.
Please contact us to discuss your requirements before booking and we will investigate if and how we can accommodate.
- How long will the experience last?
The whole experience will last about 90 minutes.
The effective game time will be 60 minutes, however we need a couple of minutes before each session to do the instructions and we would love to discuss your experience after your escape.
When coming to Logiclock please try to arrive on time.
Thank you for your understanding.
- How many people are allowed per team?
At least 3, but maximum 5 people can play in an escape room.
In case of single gamer or with only 2 people the game may become a bit too difficult, which might spoil the fun part and above 5 the place becomes too crowded.
- Do you have food/drink facilities on site?
We don't offer onsite food and drink options, and would ask that you don't eat or drink inside the rooms.
- Are you affiliated with any other escape games in other cities?
No, we are not.
All of the decorations and puzzles are handmade and unique, you can only find them here and nowhere else.

- How early should I arrive for my escape game?
Please arrive 5 minutes (and no more than 15 minutes) prior to your start time. Games will start at the scheduled time. If you or members of your group are late, you forfeit that time from your game play.
- What if we show up late?
The game takes a maximum of an hour and the next guests will be booked in straight after, so unfortunately if you are late it will take valuable minutes off your game time, minutes that could cost your success!
And you'll need all the time you can get for escaping! We would advise you to arrive a bit earlier and get directions here in advance.
- What sort of clothing is recommended for playing the game?
Street clothing is ideal. You will not have to wriggle or lay down.
- Is there anything I should bring with me?
If you wear reading glasses, it might be advisable to bring them. Also, don’t forget your common sense!
- Can I take photos or video while playing the escape games?
Sorry, but we ask that you refrain from taking photos or videos in the escape rooms.
- What happens if we get stuck?
We will not leave you and your team completely alone, that’s what the Game Master is for.
Our escape rooms are fully equipped with cameras and microphones so our Game Masters can see and hear you and know how far in the game you are. If you’ve missed something or you are placing too much attention on something unimportant, your Game Master will be able offer a hint or a redirection. Each group of players has his own preferences regarding hints: some of them want a lot of hints, others want hints only if they ask. If you have some personal preferences, please let us know!
- What happens if we run out of time?
If you run out of time when you are really close to escaping, we’ll give you a few “extra” minutes so you can discover the final solution by yourselves. If you have still a bit more to get to the end, the Game Master will enter the room and explain you what you have missed and what you needed to do to escape. Remember that not all groups solve the game, so you need to focus on having fun and spending time with your friends or family!
- Do you have any tips for doing your escape game?
- Not everything is a clue, there are some red herrings.
- Separate and search! There is plenty to find.
- Communicate... if you find something, let others know.
- Keep the clues out in case you need to revisit them.
- Double check each other’s answers and searches.
- There is no need to climb on anything… there are no clues above normal reach.
- There are no clues in any lamps, electrical outlets, plugs or cords.
- There are no clues in the windows.
- There is no physical force required, so be gentle with things.
Don't take it too seriously! This is a game - have FUN! :)
